The impression I'm getting is that with IWB there might be fewer less drastic changes to one's wardrobe. Before CHL I never wore two shirts. I carry either OWB (95%) or fanny-pack (5%). Only rarely could I find a "hawaiian" style shirt that I liked, so mostly wear denim button over shirts. I actually have an XLT denim shirt that, because it is a little longer, looks pretty good. Some of the shorter shirts that are XL or XXL tend to look a little wide at the hips because of the weapon. The extra length of the XLT hides this a little better.

I'm seriously considering an IWB MTAC in the hopes of being able to wear a single polo style shirt with jeans or docker type slacks.

BTW, 6'1" - 200 lb athletic build. I do think my body style makes it easier to conceal.
