One day something small will happen that will make her spidey senses tingle and then afterwards she will ask if you are carrying. You will say, "Yes Dear, I was watching and ready" and then she will know. Mine became quite comfortable with me carrying very quickly, but was still a little surprised the first time I carried in church.
