Well, unlike the 30.06, which only must be displayed in a conspicuous manner that all can see, the 51% sign must be placed at the entrance. I don't think behind the bartender is acceptable because not everyone may go to the bar to see it.texas medic wrote:C-dub i looked every where and saw no signs at all. It's not okay, but it is a defense to prosecution that it was not properly posted as it should be.
