They sure could, but I wonder how difficult it would be without a witness. Or that they already have her lying when, IIRC, she told them she was pregnant on the 911 call. The defense would surely call her as a witness if it got that far and she still wanted him.

Your lucky! I just rolled by dicks and of course they sold out their first hour..Unfortunately I had to work. This ammo crunch for 22 is really starting to irk my hide!

Living in north Dallas has it's advantages. There must be at least 20 Walmarts within 10 miles of my house and a couple more within 5 miles of work. I don't cruise Walmart looking for ammo like I did 8 months ago. Now, I only check if I'm there for something else and even then not always.

Daughter and I will go though 300-500 rounds in one range trip or match. These three boxes will probably only last us 3 or 4 months at the most. Less if I share with my BIL or friends at the range.
