I was in my office one morning just after 9:00 AM when a loud explosion that shook my windows so bad I quickly turned to see if I could see anything. I saw a large cloud of smoke and dust rising about five miles to the South. I turned my radio on to see if anything was being broadcast and got the news that a large building had exploded. You would be right if you guessed this happed in Oklahoma City.

I will not rehash the event or the days following, but I always dreamed that the miscreant could be placed in the center of the empty fairground just a few miles West of the exploded building, tied to a chair, with a full case of dynamite under it. The fuse should be the type that smokes and fizzles as it burns, and be artfully wound around the chair in spiraling loops, each loop becoming somewhat smaller as it got closer to him. Make it last at least five to ten minutes. Give he time to think of what he had done, maybe time to reflect on what was going to happen.

I know this sounds harsh, but at least he did not have to experience waterboarding, which seems to be the topic of choice in Washington.
