So, I just got off the phone (web site still says "packet mailed to applicant") and they told me that it is taking 6-7 weeks before the website will be updated, once they have received it. She told me that each particular license is not assigned to anyone until that time frame, that's when it will be updated and that the current normal turnaround time is 3-4 months.
