Found out through an email that my pictures were satisfactory this time. I had sent them in the first time (too grainy), and the second time (no officer's signature, even though they said they had it on file), and finally the third time it's a charm. We'll see I guess.

Called Austin. They said I'm supposed to have the signature of both, even on the replacement pictures (which is not what the first lady told me). Let came in. The pictures were too "blurry". That's an understatement. I didn't really give it much notice, until they came back and I compared them to my new ones I had done. Off it goes in the mail today!
