Unless there is a court in the city hall, the 30.06 signs are invalid. Governmental entities cannot post 30.06 signs on government owned/leased property.

Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville
Kevin,
To complicate matters more, Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville is unique in the Presybterian system in that they don't own the hospital. It is an affilliate of the Presbyterian system. The Hospital is actually owned by the Hunt County Memorial Hospital District and is funded by Hunt County. For example when construction is done there is a county wide bond election to authorize the funding.
So, does that mean they can't post 30.06 signs under 30.06 (e)as it is publicly owned property?

Presbyertian Hospital of Greenville
I returned to Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville today to visit my mother again. I paid particular attention to their signs. They are posted on the glass of the front doors. "State Law prohibits Handguns on these premises"; below that "No Handguns"; below that the ghostbusters sign. Its all repeated in Spanish.
To my understanding these are not 30.06 compliant, so I carried. Was I wrong?

Rockwall County Government Center
Arock,
What about the metal detectors just inside the front door? Do you have to "declare" at that point? or how is a CHL holder handled there?
Also I was recently at the Historical Courthouse on the square, and saw no signage related to handguns.

Rockwall City Hall
Just the opposite of the Rockwall County Government Center is the Rockwall City Hall. No signs are posted at all; not even at the entrance to Council Chambers.
