I believe that ElGato is correct. I have seen these signs in beer stores in other cities. There is no beer or other alcohol sold in Greenville.
The signs I saw at Valero had the TABC name and Logo on them at the bottom of the sign so they were definitely TABC signs.

TABC Signs posted in a "dry" town
Today I stopped in a Valero convience store/gas station in Greenville (Tx). Posted in the front windows were the TABC "Unlicensed possession of a firearm...." signs. Greenville is "dry" - no package stores. The Valero store had no alcoholic beverages at all.
I left wondering why they would post those signs.
