Please for your own sanity, do not visit Lebanon, the country that is. You will see "guys" with RPGs, AAA mounted on their trucks and few 40-rockets Grad launchers. :patriot:
To me, a major aspect of this thread is "context". The discussion centers on what-can-be-done versus what-should-be-done versus what-is-prudent-to-do.

I stand by my view of MY world: If I see someone walking down the street (any street, anywhere) with an RPG, I will keep my eye on him (or her). In my world (civilian, American suburban), such scenes are not the norm. :roll:

"Legalistics" aside:

If I see someone with a rifle at a range, I will keep my eye on him
If I see someone with a rifle in a hunting environment, I will keep my eye on him
If I see someone walking down the street & carrying a rifle, I will be on alert
If I see someone with a rifle coming into a Luby's cafeteria, I will be on high alert
