I wear a dress shirt and tie every workday. I use a Comp-tac with M&P 9c or G19. NOBODY notices. As has been mentioned, the belt makes a huge difference.

To the OP, you may need to change EDC and go to a smaller one. Everyone is built differently and I find i show less when tucked than when not,,,,,unless I wear a gunny sack.
