I finally got my plastic yesterday 9/10. They didn't even use my passport photos that I paid to retake at wal-greens the day I turned it in, but whatever it only took 60 days to get the license!

They only use one of the two fingerprint cards, I got a FED one from the class I took up at Eagle Peak Shooting Range and if I remember correctly he took the FED one and tossed it and gave me two of the other. It's a pain I went to two different buildings and had to redo my passport photo at a nearby wal-green's.

Try and find a FAST place to do your electronic fingerprinting, they will make sure it's done correctly. When I was at DPS they said they didn't use the fed fingerprint form anymore. Also had a friend go to one of the FAST fingerprint places and they had the forms needed there.

I took the class end of June.

When I went to get my fingerprints they trashed my Fed fingerprint sheet and gave me a new one at DPS. Since I live in Austin I turned in my app direct to the office.
