FYI: There are two types of Albertsons now, the originals and and the ones that were bought out (Albertsons LLC). They are run by completely different companies.
It appears that the ones in Odessa are LLC as are Most of the ones around Dallas.

Friday was our great day at the range. Bullet Trap does a family night special on Fridays; after 5 or 530, family members shoot for free on the same lane (only one person pays a range fee). Lots of ladies are there on those days which helps my wife avoid feeling out of place. Our usual drill is tha...

Re: Lesson learned at Wally World
Just curious, why did you decide that this incident reflects on wal-mart instead of on the thief? Honestly, the only actions the store took in this incident reflect well on them, he could have reported the incident to police himself. I'm not saying that it is Wal-Mart's fault, but in my experience ...

Neal, You said exactly what I was thinking. It's not just 2%. But for the sake of argument, lets say it is just 2% of there business that they lose. At the level of business the do, 2% is significant. Now consider, most people don't eat alone, make that 4%. Now writing them a letter letting them kno...

Do we want to open our medical records to Law Enforcement? I have no problem with one database querying another database for a simple yes or no. What are the realistic downsides? 1) one more thing that could possibly get screwed up and get you delayed or denied. .... I'll give you that one. 2) Peop...

Piro stopped reading to soon. § 46.035(f)(3) "Premises" means a building or a portion of a building. The term does not include any public or private driveway, street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other parking area. So, legally, yes you can keep it in your truck in...

The officer could write DPS and your CHL could be suspended for 30 days. That’s interesting to know. I had been lead to believe that the CHL would be invalid if the address wasn't changed within 30 days. As for the question of the topic, I changed my DL address online recently when I moved with m...

FIoS Here too
FIoS is the the way to go if it is available to you. Internet is more than 3X faster for basic FIoS than cable and on the TV side you get more programing and features, all for less $. On the other hand, Verizon's customer service is terrible and I could understand why they wouldn't want there custom...
