I have an MTAC, my wife got a Crossbreed minituck. The only thing that seems aggravating about the minituck is the metal clips. The MTAC is easy to put on and take off, the minituck is kind of a hassle because the clips are like a vice. I'm not sure why the felt the need to make them so strong. It makes sliding it around into position pretty much impossible and because they are so tight it is a pain to take it back off and move it if it isn't in the right spot. They also aren't adjustable for cant.

It would be nice if you could use the MTAC clips on the Crossbreeds, but I'm not sure if that is possible. Other than that they are pretty comparable in quality and functionality.
