I generally avoid anywhere that posts 30.06 and if I stumble across a business that does, I'll just go somewhere else. That isn't really a problem in my area since I'm only aware of a couple that do. As for other places excluded by law, I plan ahead before going there.

From the Statute S411.171(3) "Concealed handgun" means a handgun, the presence of which is not openly discernible to the ordinary observation of a reasonable person.

Every instructor I know has interpreted this to mean that simply "printing" will not get you in trouble, although it is still not a good idea. Most people who are not themselves CHL holders or Peace Officers will never have a clue even if you are "printing".
