I generally avoid anywhere that posts 30.06 and if I stumble across a business that does, I'll just go somewhere else. That isn't really a problem in my area since I'm only aware of a couple that do. As for other places excluded by law, I plan ahead before going there.propellerhead wrote:This is one part that concerns me. I try not to have a rigid schedule outside my work schedule. If I feel like going to the grocery or Walmart or visit a friend on a whim, I do so. How do you guys work 30.06 places into your schedule? Do you leave your handgun in your car?
From the Statute S411.171(3) "Concealed handgun" means a handgun, the presence of which is not openly discernible to the ordinary observation of a reasonable person.propellerhead wrote:What about printing? Can you get arrested for printing?
Every instructor I know has interpreted this to mean that simply "printing" will not get you in trouble, although it is still not a good idea. Most people who are not themselves CHL holders or Peace Officers will never have a clue even if you are "printing".
