Just found a link to Phil Ryan and spoke to him. He's in Mckinney, phone number 214-893-4116. The online store is not fully catalogued but he was pretty sure he had the holster $89. There's a guy named Phil Ryan that I found at the FW gun show at Will Rogers. He displays most of the common holsters in his booth and had many he didn't display. It was a long booth. I don't know the date of the show, but it was the weekend after the big snow. He was starting a new website but I didn't get the name. He stays in the D/FW area shows and was affiliated with the Texas Concealed Carry Insitute.
