In remember a Christian School losing a battle with the state of Texas over licensing in the mid 70's; the legislature even passed new rules during the law suits and the schools were eventually shutdown. Obviously there are regulations and standards that must be met by private schools; surely they're somewhere in the codes.srothstein wrote:Be careful.
