Seriously, I would buy it if were you. I ran across two last year at a pawn shop near my daughter in Mansfield, TX that were in only good condition for $400 each, but didn't have the funds because I'd just bought a 1977 S&W Model 27 from them which depleted my open to buy. You should buy it before it's gone. You may develop a serious case of Marlinitis. Lever guns are addictive.
