Re: Man trespassed for life from ALL Walmarts for OCing a holstered handgun

An interesting though crossed my mind. If the LEO told him to sign that form offered up by a corporate entity to enter into a binding agreement (contract) that seems like legal advice. It would be like a bailiff telling a defendant he should sign a plea agreement. What say any lawyers - am I way out there in my thinking?

You're not from around here are you.
Not sure where your here is. Lol

I’ve been in my here for 12 years. And on here for quite a few of those.
12 years? Then you are still not a Texan yet.
I know that's in jest, but lots of folks from the United States and many others from foreign countries came to Texas and were only here a few days before they died at the Alamo. I doubt anyone would question if they were Texans. In fact if I remember my history there were only about a dozen "Texians" at the Alamo. It's maybe not the arrival in Texas that makes you one, but what drives you to come here.

The officer that handed him the form is an idiot. He did a tirade about how many officers had to deal with the issue and that the guy puts the public at risk with his OC every time he does it. Like I say a total dummkopf! That's when the customer should have replied the cop is statistically more likely to commit a crime than him. I am a big supporter of police BTW, but I get irritated when I run across one on the low end of the curve. It's a shame most gun owners are not inclined to stage protests and organize boycotts.
