Number 4. Now we are trying to reduce the voting threshold down from 750k down to 175k. So all cities with more than 100k should vote on open carry.

Oh now we are saying. Hey what does it matter? Just when you come to the city just conceal carry! Just leave it in your car! We are not taking away anybody's guns! Just don't carry in the cities!
