Here is one for you. A couple of months ago I was at a local pawn shop picking up a shot gun someone had hocked. So I paid and presented my CHL and filled out an online 4473. So then the guy calls in a NICS check. Whatever... So I wait and he comes back and I tell the guy you know you dont have to do that when presented with a valid CHL right?
