My Luminox wristwatch sets them off at some stores, was told by a security guard while in Vegas that it was the Tritium in the dial and hands, could be night sites on a weapon causing same thing?

I mailed my CHL papers, fingerprints, passport photos and all the necessary forms on 3/3/13. I even used certified mail so I would have a tracking number. Now 1 week later the USPS tracking only shows it have left my Paris post office. Literally the paperwork should have been in Austin no later the...

FBI Background Check ?
How far back does an FBI criminal background check go? I had a misdemeanor arrest 26 years ago that does not show up in city, county or state (TX DPS) records any lomger, will it show up in an FBI check?

No, but I can post some talking points that people can use to draft letters. Form letters from a bunch of people are not very effective. Form letters from 1/4 million people are! :lol: Chas. That would be great, maybe I can piece together something that sounds somewhat intelligent. Thanks Jeff

Letters To State Reps
Has anyone drafted a form letter to or email to send to our elected officials asking them to support the parking lot bill and campus carry bills? I would like to send one to my reps but am not very good at letter writeing.

So I cant carry while fishing from my boat on the lake, but I can carry while deer, squirrel, rabbit , etc.... hunting on land around the lake? That is kinda goofy!

Not if they were charged with DUI by Minor at the age of 19. Actually about 19 1/2 .hheremtp wrote:if the person was a minor two years ago they sill would not be eligible for a CHL due to age. You must be 21 to get a CHL, unless you are Military, then it's 18.
