well with my countdown at an end at day 221, I am pleased to say that i have received the coveted, long sought after and some times viewed as mythical (for those of us who have waited this long or half this long) plastic. now the hard part will be convincing my 7 year old to not tell every one she sees "my daddy has his G U N with him, but its ok hes in the military, and he only shoots bad guys." so to every one who is still here i know the feeling.

nothing, every thing was smooth i have never been arrested fingerprints went in the system fine i have no student loans and im active duty military. there was no reasons for hang ups other then live and work in Galveston county.

i think i may be in the running for top 10 on here 220 days the told me a week ago Friday 1-2 weeks. if i receive it this week would there be a point to wright a letter to a rep from my area just so they could see the time line of how ridiculous this wait has been?
