I have talked to LEO's who will arrest if they smell alcohol, other's want a .08, sometimes hear both sitting at the same table. I teach that and leave it up to them with the suggestion that they abstain.

I read or quote each section then explain it and give examples or better yet a true story that ties in with that section and I like the discussion. From what I have seen here, I would think the shooter was acting under 9.43 in defense of a third person's property, to prevent the other who is fleeing immediately after committing aggravated robbery from escaping with the property. Of course we really need to know how close or far away the robber ...
