If the place you are talking about is not posted with 51%, it should have the unlicensed possession sign and it would be perfectly allright for you to be there, sit on the barstool and even have a drink, but DO NOT become intoxicated, and remember there is no legal limit for intoxication when carrying.
No legal limit more or less means that an officer can charge us without a test if he think's we are intoxicated.
