I sent in my packet March 13. It was signed for March 15th @ 10:44 am. The Internet link says that my application is complete, license issued on May 12th. That's 57 calendar days. I guess it is in the mail though as it hasn't come in the mail yet.

I sent my application in Monday, March 13th. I don't have a pin yet.
