Thanks guys. I think I have a buyer lined up who has a CHL, that gives me some comfort that I'm not selling to someone prohibited from buying firearms. That was really my main concern, I never sold a gun before.

TX, what do you do when you sell a used gun? Verify they are TX resident? Do you keep anything for your personal records?

Just curious if any of you guys have some kind of blank form you fill out to document the sale of used gun for your personal records. If not, what would you include in it (Serial number, buyer signature, seller signature, date........) Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
