If you have your Texas CHL and a Texas resident can you still reissue your Utah license? Ive heard different answers to this.
I have both. The reason is if im ever invollved in a shooting in Texas I would probably temp lose my CHL until it went through the courts. The Utah keeps me legal to still carry in Texas while thats going on.
