I allways had my gun on my night stand and my wife thought I should leave it in the safe. I explained i needed quik access to wich she just shook her head. Then one night in the summer we were living in a townhouse with our windows open.
All the sudden we heard what sounded like our screen door being opened. My wife freaked out and the first thing she did was wake me up and tell me to get my gun someone is in the house. I checked the house and we fig it was the neighbor slamming his door.
After that I told her if someone was in our place how long it would take to get the gun from the safe . Since then she has never questioned me again. We leave now she actually asks what ya packing honey!
