Thanks for the congrats everyone!!! The DPS timing on mine was 3 weeks from the time they cashed my check until I got my PIN and 3 weeks after they started processing until completion!! DPS is doing good and starting to catch up!!!! That makes me real hopeful that mine will go to complete this frid...

Wouldn't ya know it - I start to get snarky about the delay from receipt to processing, and mine changes to processing. I still think they could work faster. If they don't find anything wrong with my application, I could be looking at mid/late November for plastic. Now the really tense waiting begi...

As of Sept. 1, 2009, the law changed. Any "conviction" that has been set aside by any method is no longer a conviction for purposes of CHL eligibility. does this mean that a deferred adjudication no longer = conviction for CHL purposes ? No, this is a little twist. A deferred adjudication...
