Don't know since I tend to shop well after the bank has closed, but since this guy by discharging 2 rounds has already shown a propensity toward violence I would have to lean heavily toward taking a shot if I had a brick hall for a backstop and he was dumb enough to leave via the long way out of the store, since the self checkouts in mine are at the opposite end from the bank. If the back stop is plateglass he gets a pass unless he stops to fire again.
