"natural Born" has never been defined in a court as far as i know
The Constitution on birth requirement for President:

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

He is a citizen, is he not? Over 35? Been here 14 years?
I believe the phrase "a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" should have been all bolded rather than just the Citizen of the United States part. It appears it was a grandfather clause, which by now anyone who qualified at the time is now dead.

So was the sudden release of the birth certificate tied to the timing of the Osama attack. Kind of a one two punch to Trump, plus interrupting his show Sunday night. Obama seem so much more electable than just three weeks ago, but it is still a long ways to the election.

Re: the long lost birth certificate

Birth issues are not simply an Obama issue, the first was Barry Goldwater in 1964 "he was born in Arizona in 1909. Arizona did not become a state until 1912", then you had McCain who was born on a U. S. military base in Panama.

The real issue will remain has Obama been a good enough president to reelect him. Or will his opponent in 2012 be enough better to change.

Obama is very young. I suspect as he ages, he will become an even better candidate, and I suspect he will be reelected again some time in the future, even if he is not reelected in 2012.

It shows absolute evidence of electronic doctoring - notice the "1". Obviously photoshopped. As far as I'm concerned this makes it null and void.

Would any governmental entity accept a birth certificate from you if it showed such evidence?
This is very interesting. It is very easy to reproduce, go get the original Certificate there are lots of places that have it, download it and zoom in on the "1" in the upper right corner where the birth number is. You will need a copy of photoshop of some kind, there are free version of photoshop clones on line if you dont have it. You will see the "1" is pixilated but the rest of the numbers are not.
My computer guys at work said that is not unexpected and is not evidence of tampering. They said it is because of compression in the PDF, they showed other locations such as a comma where it also happens. They were surprised that Obama did not provide a high resolution low compression scan for everyone to see, and believe he did this on purpose to make people look like fools.

It would seem that everyone would be trying to find people who were born during that time to see if the birth number is duplicated. Now that would be really interesting if that happened.

Re: the long lost birth certificate

Very good catch on "African" vs. "Negro".

I was also surprised about "Caucasian" vs "White". My birth certificate says "White" or just "W". I am a little older than Obama, but definitely in 1961, there was no political correctness back then.

African is not a race. Negroid is a race.

If Obama had been born on the main land race would have said "Negro" or "Colored" in 1961.

Not sure about Hawaii, and how they did things back then. They had primarily Pacific Islander, Caucasians, Mongoloid and less than 1% Negroid in Hawaii at the time. Not sure what terms they used for each, but African does not seem likely.

The family of the doctor has confirmed that it is his signature with out question.

The whole look of the document seems odd. Was this supposedly a simple scan of what they received from the State of Hawaii. I would have at least shown the entire document so the edges of the paper were visible.

I don't agree with Trump to often, but if this is his birth certificate why wasn't it produced three years ago. Why spend all the effort to not produce it.
