However, here in this case, she is released because of lack of evidence, rather than she never broke the law in the first place.

It is interesting how the news can be slightly slanted to an anti gun liberal bias just with a few words. The press here in Houston is not our friends.

Almost "gotcha"

Starting to come out. Houston Press said we were making her into the 2nd Amendment Rosa Parks. I'll accept that.

DA said no law broken since it was not in a building but in the parking lot. I think they may have looked here for guidance as that what you guys have been saying from day one.

HISD is not giving her the job back.

I have the same question. Concealed is concealed.

Not a CHL issue since it was in her car, no mention if she has a CHL.

The young lady, Charetta Kemp, has two facebook pages, one she says she is a HISD science teacher, the other she has a nail salon. Her degree from Prairie View A&M is in management and marketing. Her other facebook page adds University of Phoenix Adult education and training. No gang signs, normal looking facebook page of a young woman starting out in life on her own. Now with no job.

Seems a shame to make her go through all of this, especially for not breaking a law or being a threat to anyone.

"What will be their excuse when they come for you?
Who will be left to fight for you when all the Haddads are in prison?"

Should we start a legal defense fund?
