It would seem we need to move the Capital out of Austin.

Re: Rick Perry indicted on two felony charges

I read where one of the grand jury members was communicating with one of the witnesses to the grand jury outside the grand jury while the grand jury was in session.

We need to move the Capital outside of Austin.

Now another liberal Austin DA had done the same thing to the Governor. I'm not sure I understand this one either. This seems politically motivated to prevent him from becoming President. (I don't think he has a chance, VP maybe)

I was a fan of Tom DeLay and I felt that whole thing was unfair. Now I'm not a big fan of Governor Perry, but this seems just as unfair.

Do we need to move the Capital of Texas out of Austin, so this kind of thing can't happen any more? :txflag:
It cannot be appealed. The appeals court rendered a judgement of acquittal. Double jeopardy prevents the hag from continuing to go after him. If it didn't, I have no doubt she would pursue him to the gates of heck.
I agree, however, it is being appealed. Some would say a witch hunt. http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB1 ... 1362878614" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
