This gets me back to all of these crimes and how we never find out who shot who.
Nine people dead many wounded. Each bullet is removed or recovered. Each gun is recovered. Each gun is finger printed. Each suspect is fingerprinted. Gun is matched to bullets found. Suspect matched to gun.
Am I missing something. Or was everyone firing in self defense, and they can't prove otherwise?
The nine dead were the ones who fired first and were the criminals?
I guess that is what they are saying.

Prosecutors dismiss more cases. Apparently they are going to only go after the people who were shooting, not just people who had a motorcycle jacket on or were just there. May have had something to do with the DA being primaried out of office.
Is there recourse for these dismissed people, who apparently did nothing wrong but be in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Waco suppressing evidence that could clear innocent bikers is the summary of the article.
This is from a news site however it is written like an editorial. It is primarily concerned with the lack of progress in releasing information to the public, such as how many of the people killed, were killed with police bullets. He makes the point that if it was zero, he suspects we would know that. It seems to remind me that we never heard in Columbine of any of the bullet forensics being released.
He points to gag orders, etc.
He also points to the Grand Jury being led by a former Waco police officer. He points to the liability of the City of Waco, if many of the bikers were arrested without probable cause. It also sounds like many have lost jobs, after being arrested.
I understand evidence not being released in order to protect the jury pool and insure a fair trial for a defendent. But keeping so much information hidden, when some of it may point to innocence of individuals, smells. It smells here and it smells in Baltimore.

Maybe the police need to go undercover, do a sting.
See if a MC try's to extort money for a Texas bottom rocker.
Seems like a fun assignment.

Re: Shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco
I ate at Twin Peaks in Houston last night. Got a parking space, didn't have to use valet. Place was not crowded inside at all. Food was good and reasonably priced like the last time I was there. The cute waitress said the slow night was due to the weather. There were no motorcycles outside.

Re: Shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco
Please wear full leather especially leather gloves while riding. Do it, not for you, but for me. Sometimes as part of my job, I have to look at photos. I cannot unsee the photos of a hand that was not wearing a leather glove while riding.RPBrown wrote:Abraham wrote:Why do Christian motorcycle club members dress like outlaw bikers?
There's something deeply wrong with that...
And, no, I don't buy for one second that to evangelize to these bikers one must appear to be like them to gain access to their cancerous souls.
Baloney!
I will give you my reasons for wearing a vest while riding:
(2) The vest is some protection if you go down. In fact it has kept road rash to a minimum on me on one occasion.

I read some where the neighboring cars from the other restaurant have bullet holes. Are they now evidence?

All the Guns taken are being tested for ballistics and history by ATF.
I have mixed emotions about this. If they all came from Mexico as part of Fast and Furious will we find out? If they were bought privately I'm sure we will hear about it. Many probably were in cars and were never fired and were owned by men who were not criminals.
