I only have one question. How do i convert my E-mail to a suitable file to upload.

I have a receipt and a checklist with two items on it
1 the check list with bar code
2 Photo and fingerprints on file if acceptable

Do i submit this as is and wait to see if prints and or photo are unacceptable then reapply or wait to see if i have to redo either.
They say you can e-mail this to them but to what address. The check list just says e-mail it to RSD.

I have till mid February but would like to get it done in one shot.
