Thank you for the responses. I imagine that y'all are correct that pocket carry not completely concealed would be illegal. I also think many LEOs might not know that. But, I do not want to find out and or become a test case. Thanks again for the replies.

What I have read states that HB910 gives CHl holders the option of carrying their handgun either wholly or partially visible in a belt or shoulder holster. Sometimes I rear pocket carry and my jeans cover or conceal of camouflage the top of my firearm. If I choose to carry a slightly larger firearm, say Glocks new 43, and it protrudes slightly from my rear pocket, would this be lawful under HB910 if it passes? I just ask because the language I have seen just states in a belt or shoulder holster. Thank you for your replies.
