Also lets look at this, I've knew a Realtor who kinda broke into someone's house because they thought it was the house they were supposed to be looking at (their assistant/daughter was to blame) Anyway the alarm goes off, the cops show up a minute later (it was in Coppell man, they are everywhere)
Anyway they were ready to charge her with trespass until they realized that she really was who she said she was ect
Now if she had a gun its Armed trespass even with a CHL, without a CHL shes looking at MORE trouble.
