Thank you for mentioning that because the US Constitution clearly limits the types of commerce the Federal government has legitimate power to regulate. Clearly, the politicians pushing unconstitutional laws lack a basic command of the English language and civics.

Or they're evil.

The biggest problem in my opinion is that the Federal government is trying to mandate things like Obama-care. Let it be a state option, and if the Socialist State of Kalifornia wants to go further into the red supporting lazy people and illegal immigrants, let them. It's a state's rights issue...and shouldn't be decided on a federal level.
"States" Rights are a bit of a misnomer. Really States dont have "Rights" they have just have things that arent covered by the Feds.
Also commerce clause, commerce clause, commerce clause.

I would rather have them hand the insurance companies their rear ends, do SMART Tort reform (there very few things wrong with current tort laws) but mostly keep the insurance Companies honest

Tea party protesters call Georgia's John Lewis (The N-Word)

WASHINGTON — Demonstrators outside the U.S. Capitol , angry over the proposed health care bill, shouted " :mad5 " Saturday at U.S. Rep. John Lewis , a Georgia congressman and civil rights icon who was nearly beaten to death during an Alabama march in the 1960s.

The protesters also shouted obscenities at other members of the Congressional Black Caucus , lawmakers said.

Real Classy.
