I wouldnt cut ANYTHING with that knife, I would keep it in a safe.
right now I use my sog to
Cut boxes, cut random branches in the Apt Complex, take staples and tacks out of the targets the the range, to cut paper. To cut string/twine. Take apart boxes. Cut Wire. Peel an apple (clean it first).
I figure worse comes to worse, I can pick up another one or get it sharpened for 10 bucks.

You can use the Sog Flash 2 as a throwing knife, but I wouldnt try anything like that

if I dropped a thousands dollar on a knife, I would never use it.
I would rather buy a Sog every 5 years like I've been doing and abuse the crud out of it.
