Keep your car locked. You are not responsible if somebody breaks into your car and steals your gun. (Even a minor.)Since the roads are public even though they run through the university this should be OK? (I believe this is what the instructor said during my class)
2: If I have to leave my gun in my car because of Polling place, 30.06, 51%, rather not take a ride because of questionable signage, etc...
if it is just in the glove box unlocked but concealed and it is stolen, am I responsible for any actions that might be taken with my gun?
it technically was locked up in a car but not in a safe or safety device (lets say a 17 year old thug busts a window and steals your gun, did you grant access to a minor?)
