You can leave the car with it, just don't go into any buildings.
Since the roads are public even though they run through the university this should be OK? (I believe this is what the instructor said during my class)

2: If I have to leave my gun in my car because of Polling place, 30.06, 51%, rather not take a ride because of questionable signage, etc...

if it is just in the glove box unlocked but concealed and it is stolen, am I responsible for any actions that might be taken with my gun?


it technically was locked up in a car but not in a safe or safety device (lets say a 17 year old thug busts a window and steals your gun, did you grant access to a minor?)
Keep your car locked. You are not responsible if somebody breaks into your car and steals your gun. (Even a minor.)

(This all should have been covered in your class!)
