A very valid point that you make however. The moderators here have not attacked someone that was acting for showing emotions. You can't take things personally because they're not meant that way. The problem I ran into when I was a moderator was that when I disciplined someone for violating a rule they thought I was personally out to get them and I did it just because I didn't like them. But, that's just simply not the way it is. When someone gets disciplined they should change the subject and move on. If you dwell on it then it causes problems.

At the end of the day the rules are exactly what they say and the moderators job is to keep everyone within those boundaries to keep the forum civil.

Other than your first sentence, I am not sure what your response has to do with my post. I haven't witnessed anyone attacking a mod around here. On the contrary, I see major sucking up most of the time. Heck, just look at this thread. If the mods aren't feeling tingles by now, they never will.

Yes it is a lot of reading. I confess that in the beginning I had the time to help new shooters learn about arms, range time, gear & carry. One of the mods did the math a few weeks ago. During the day & evening we have to read & if necessary deal w/ a post a minute. At most there are 3 of us on the board at a time.
