Woo Hoo! Got my plastic today!!

Now if GT Dist would get my Kahr MK9 in stock!! I have my P239 40 for cold weather carry and a MTAC holster. So thats what I will carry for now.

Anyway the wait was just under 60 days from the day I dropped the app off at the DPS office!

Well after they told me that mine had been sent to the printer on 12/9/2009 I checked my status 12/11/2009 Friday about 7:30 PM and it still said processing application. But before I left work Sat at like 6:30 AM I checked my status again and it said application complete - license active. So somewhere between 7:30 PM Friday and 6:30 AM Satuday my status changed. Thats pretty strange, but I am glad it updated.

So I am hoping I get my plastic in the next couple of days!

I posted this is another thread but wanted to update this thread! Per DPS my license was sent to the printers 12/9/09!!

Oct. 17th CHL class
Oct. 19th Dropped papers off at the Austin DPS office.
Oct. 20th Check cleared bank.
Oct. 27th Pin# was postage stamped.
Nov. 6th Web page just shows processing.

Anyway hope mine goes thru fast like some people I see on this board!!
