in the 12 guage round I think it has 00 buck behind the discs...
The 12 guage has a one ounce slug and 3 00 buckshot BB's.

I keep Remington Managed Recoil 00 buckshot in my 1300 Defender. Box-O-Truth did a decent write up on a couple different loads. Buckshot
