I just can't imagine the two guys in the second floor bathroom at San Antonio College who were robbed at gunpoint by a NON-STUDENT saying "Hey, have you tried talking it over at the counseling center?"

I see John Woods and others state that instead of allowing self-protection, that troubled students be referred to mental health counselling.
That totally fails since many campus crimes are from non-students

UT campus is a hotbed of petty crimes and misdemeanors. However, it isn't necessarily students committing them -- the majority are non-students.
