Oops, my mistake, it was The First National Bank in McGregor, I was thinkin' of, but not a sign ... but pro-chl.

I would not bank at a bank that had a 30.06 sign

They (and another Bank in Temple or Waco area) have a sign specifically welcoming CHLs, though unless there's a 30.06 sign, CHLs are allowed anyway
