I have the blued one. Marlin 1894s in .44 Mag tend to run large in the bore. Some are hard to get to shoot accurately. If you reload I highly suggest Beartooth bullets ordered sized .432, 265, 280, & 300gr WFN and keep 'em hot with that slow twist rate.
