Re: Looking for a pocket gun...
I went from LCP to Kahr P380 (w/NS) and the difference in shooting, quality, trigger, all the stuff that matters (except price) was incredible. LOVE it and other than the caliber concerns, it actually one of my favorites to shoot and carry. I also have the Kahr PM9 w/NS and naturally, if I could onl...

Thanks for all the replies.
I'll have to check out the M&P9c and compare it to the G19 & my G26.

Smallest, Lightest, & Most Concealable Double Stack 9mm's?
Ok - This Motorcycle Gang vs RR situation, along with active shooter awareness posting, has renewed my interest in considering to resume carry of my Glock 26 vs Kahr PM9 much more often. I may even start carrying it with extended 15 + 1 rounds (instead of typical flush 10+1 option) readily loaded mu...

Re: 22 caliber pistols - which one
I also love my SR22 from a reliability, feel, and looks perspective! Also love how quick & easy it is to load up magazines! Now, what I do not care for is that there is definitely an accuracy issue with mine! It's no where close to the realiability of any other pistol I've ever owned. I can put ...

Re: Soft Pistol Case
Cabelas had a decent rectangle shaped case. It has cutouts on both inner walls to hide, protect, and secure a gun very well. Only issue is it has handles, isn't black (green), and I believe says Cabelas in large letters on front! Still less obvious than said gun rug!

Re: Not carrying, no need to show CHL
How about in some of our neiboring or close states? There are different "inform" clauses and I believe there's a couple in particular (Mississippi & Arkansas) that had no present in bold! Is it more trouble than it's worth to bring up CHL in those states if stopped while traveling for ...

Re: "Pocket Gun" Journey Has Halted HERE
Any of the Desantis pocket holsters work well. I use the version with removable flap most the time to reduce printing - believe its called Super Fly. I also have the Nemisis and it works well once broke in. For first few carries, if you drew your Kahr and didn't apply pressure against your leg or ou...

Re: "Pocket Gun" Journey Has Halted HERE
Do the CM9 and PM9 not share or come with the same flat 6 round magazine? The magazine in picture reminds me of what the regular CW9 and P9 magazines look like on them, but the PM9's are close to flush and metal/aluminum at base - not poly with a hint on finger curve comfort. Has Kahr started making...

Re: WTS/WTT Glock 23 - Just purchased new but changed mind
The reason I am considering a G27 or similar is that I often carry in my pocket with a pocket holster. In this weather, I wear shorts a lot (like cargo pants style shorts, not running shorts) and if I put the G23 in my front pocket, it fits ok but you can see the butt of the handle a bit if my shir...

Re: Uninterupted +1 time w/out strain
Thanks for all the feedback! I didn't think about the round setback - this is good to know. As far as a couple Glock 26 Magazines I have, I can definitely tell a difference on the tension of 1st few rounds of magazines when 1st purchased vs. after a year or so of being loaded & uninterrupted at ...

Uninterupted +1 time w/out strain
Here's a question that has likely been asked/answered many times, but here-goes anyway... Will leaving a +1 round loaded in a Glock or Kahr for several days cause damage to internal springs or trigger mechanisms? If not, how about weeks? Surely there is some type of effect similar to what we experie...

Re: Busted By The Fuzz
Another obvious benefit to a well-made pocket holster is the protection of trigger. Besides keeping fuzz away from all but the end of barrel and keeping the trigger protected, it also commonly reduces &/or eliminates the printing/outline of gun in pocket. Are you pocket carrying with +1 in chamb...

Re: Poly Kahr with Crimson Trace?
I have a PM9 w/CT and absolutely have no regrets whatsoever. I cannot tell any difference in thickness or comfort. What I did notice is a bit more difficulty/annoyance with finding quick holsters. If you order Crossbreed, no issue. If you order online via Optics Planet or other online retailers, no ...
