Re: Jan 2010 applications
Mailman just brought IT home, Yeah . CHL arrived what appears to be 27 days (exactly the average for January).
Now, where to go first...and then of course Wally World! Don't know if it is me or my wife that is happier - she has had to listen to this for months and months.
Thanks again to rpecunia for an incredible job of tracking everyone's journey.

Re: Jan 2010 applications
Not really wanting to cause anyone further mental grief, but is Monday (tomorrow) February 15th, 2010 a State HOLIDAY?
Anyone know if DPS CHL personnel will possibly work on State HOLIDAYS?
Oh, well I'm a "W", so I'm use to being at the back of the line - I'll just quitely go be to waiting and watching.
Hope, everyone had a good weekend.

Re: Jan 2010 applications
Since getting my PIN and being able to check the status on-line...a question has occured to me.
Has anyone heard if the fine folks at DPS track the number of times that an applicant checks on their status?
And if they do check, how many times in any given period would be a 'red flag' as excessive to them - bringing up concerns regarding the mental stability of an applicant? Just asking...for a friend who wanted to know.
Meanwhile, I am just waiting and watching the mail (in a most normal sort of way).

Re: Jan 2010 applications
Mailman just delivered my PIN on a letter dated February 4th.
Quick check on-line indicated Application Processing.
I've read every one of your comments about how slow the time waiting passes....
Just trying to imagine about how slow for everyone last summer.
Enjoying the snow in Dallas..sort of

Re: Jan 2010 applications
Guess it's time to get in line.....
Would like to thank Phil and Cesare at T.C.C.I. in McKinney for a great class.
DPS sure seems to to be processing faster than just a few months ago (based upon what I have been reading here)!
