The department shall, on written request and payment of a reasonable fee to cover costs of copying, disclose to any other individual whether a named individual or any individual whose full name is listed on a specified written list is licensed under this subchapter.
This clause was eliminated by H.B. 991 this year: http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/tlodocs/ ... 00991F.htm

That's a question of skill, not legality. Very few people can hit a moving animal with a pistol. But that racoon will be out of sight after the flash and bang.

There are very few questions that have not been asked and answered here. She can use the Search button (at the top of the screen) to locate information without asking questions.

No. Only law enforcement can find out.

At least one company requires employees to inform them if they have a CHL, but they can no longer find out from DPS.

As for a site, what's wrong with this one? :smile:
